Building a Community Sailing Center

The 2.4 acre Community Sailing Center and surrounding marine recreational park will allow us to serve hundreds more children. The facility will serve as an educational and culture hub centered on sailing and paddle sports.

• Outdoor classroom and recreational pavilion
• 250 feet of floating docks for small craft operations
• Junior and adult sailing programs
• Special needs/adaptive sailing
• Boat rentals
• Northside public fishing pier (COVB master plan)
• Function room available for conferences and parties
• Children’s playground
